HRA Clinical Workshop OverviewThis in-person workshop will be on June 5, 2025, one day prior to the IANS Scientific Meeting in London. The workshop will be divided into modules appropriate to different levels of practice. Participants will select which module they would like to participate in. Module A is primarily designed for beginner participants who have take the IANS Virtual Standard HRA Course or similar, but have not completed a hands-on component. The module will focus on how to perform an HRA, review of screening guidelines and management of abnormal results and auditing your practice. There will be a hands-on component to practice using a colposcope, focusing, biopsying, preforming DARE and recognizing lesions. Module B is designed for intermediate/advanced participants who have completed at least 50-100 HRAs in practice. The module will focus on challenges in HRA, improving recognition of HSIL, improving assessment of the perianus, documenting and auditing your practice, treatment/management strategies and HRA post cancer treatment. There will be a hands-on component to learn ablative anal procedures. There will be opportunity to review participants cases and HRA videos with faculty for individualized feedback and discussion.
